Day 1: Arrival – Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met by our representative and begin your safari drive to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy game drives through a landscape dominated by ancient baobab trees and acacia woodlands. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds and seasonal concentrations of plains game including zebra, wildebeest, gazelle, and giraffe.

Day 2: Tarangire – Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive on the crater floor. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to more than 30,000 animals, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, and the endangered black rhinoceros.

Day 3: Ngorongoro – Olduvai Gorge – Serengeti (Ndutu Area)

After an early breakfast, visit the Olduvai Gorge Museum, one of the world’s most important archaeological sites, offering insight into early human evolution. Continue your journey to the Serengeti National Park via the Ndutu region, a key area for wildlife and the Great Migration during calving season.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park – Full Day Game Drive

Enjoy a full day of game drives in the Serengeti National Park, exploring its vast open plains and searching for lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and large herds of herbivores. This is prime big-cat territory and one of Africa’s most celebrated safari destinations.

Day 5: Serengeti – Lake Natron

After an early morning game drive in the Serengeti, depart for the remote and dramatic Lake Natron, located at the base of the active Ol Doinyo Lengai volcano. Arrive in the late afternoon and relax at your lodge or camp, surrounded by striking volcanic scenery.

Day 6: Lake Natron – Flamingos, Culture & Waterfalls

After breakfast, visit Lake Natron to observe flamingos and other birdlife that thrive in its alkaline waters. Later, enjoy a cultural visit with local indigenous communities to learn about their traditions and way of life. In the afternoon, hike to a nearby waterfall, where you can relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.
