When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type into the form: your name, email address, and, if you give them, your phone or WhatsApp number, your country, your travel dates, the number of travellers and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, the time, and your internet address, to protect the form from abuse.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry and to plan and run your trip. Your enquiry is stored in our website’s administration system and emailed to our team. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing. To arrange your trip we share the details that are needed with the lodges, camps, parks and transport providers you will use.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your internet address and information about your browser. It does not receive the details you type into our forms.

WhatsApp and payments

If you contact us on WhatsApp or pay through Pesapal, those services handle your information under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to plan and support your trip and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them.
